The rules for OzuReel accounts, annual memberships, viewing, and creator participation.

Company and scope
CIentheon Inc, doing business as OzuReel Media Interactive (“CIentheon,” “we,” “us”) operates OzuReel. Our business address is 3rd St 2nd Floor, San Francisco, CA 94103, United States. Contact legal@ozureel.com for legal matters or wecare@ozureel.com for support.
These terms apply to this website and to OzuReel services that present them for acceptance. A paid membership or creator license requires affirmative acceptance in the relevant enrollment or contracting process; merely reading this website does not create a paid subscription or transfer content rights. Specific creator agreements and purchase disclosures supplement these terms.
Eligibility and registration
Account holders, viewers, and creators must be at least 18, or a higher age where local law requires it, and legally able to enter the relevant agreement. A company account must be managed by an authorized adult.
Creator registration is required before uploading. Upload eligibility requires verified email, required human-verification checks, an approved creator account, active annual creator membership, and acceptance of the creator terms. Anonymous or automated uploads, identity impersonation, account farming, and verification bypass are prohibited. See Registration & Account Integrity.
Annual memberships
The standard Creator membership is US$99 for 12 months; the Viewer membership is US$39.99 for 12 months. There is no monthly plan. Creator membership includes personal viewing access, so a separate Viewer membership is not required for the same account.
Membership is prepaid for one year and does not renew automatically under these standard plans. A new annual purchase is required to renew. Applicable taxes and any local-currency total must be disclosed before payment. See Memberships & Billing.
Use of the service
Membership grants a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the included service during its term, subject to available licensed content and territorial restrictions. It does not transfer ownership of films or give permission to redistribute them.
Do not share or sell account access, evade payment or age restrictions, scrape protected material, introduce malicious files, impersonate people, harass others, or manipulate views, likes, watch time, or royalties. Statutory exceptions and rights remain available.
Creator content and royalties
Creators submit complete series of at least 15 full episodes for review. Membership does not guarantee acceptance, distribution, a particular audience, or earnings. There is no upfront content purchase payment under the standard creator program.
Accepted, licensed content can earn royalties from qualified paid viewing under the Creator Royalty Policy. A separate accepted content license is required before distribution. Uploading alone does not assign copyright.
Content, moderation, and responsibility
Creators are responsible for the rights, permissions, and accuracy of their submissions. Third-party fictional stories and opinions are not automatically CIentheon’s statements. CIentheon remains responsible for obligations arising from its own conduct, contracts, acquisitions, privacy practices, and applicable law.
We may review, reject, label, restrict, remove, or suspend content or accounts to address credible rights claims, harm, fraud, contractual breaches, or legal obligations. Where required, we provide reasons and an opportunity to appeal. See Community Guidelines and Reporting & Appeals. Platform status does not create blanket immunity.
Availability, termination, and refunds
Catalog availability may change with content rights, technical issues, and regional restrictions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or permanent availability of every title. Material service failures remain subject to the membership terms and mandatory remedies.
You can stop using the service or contact wecare@ozureel.com to close your account. Expiry ends membership access and new-upload privileges; it does not erase valid accrued royalties. Refunds, account closure, and service discontinuation are addressed in Memberships & Billing.
Liability and mandatory rights
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis without additional implied warranties beyond those legally required. Fictional content is entertainment, not professional advice. We do not promise a fixed return on a creator membership.
To the extent legally permitted, CIentheon is not liable for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not excuse payment of royalties validly owed or remove statutory remedies.
Disputes and changes
Send concerns to legal@ozureel.com. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver, or an exclusive foreign forum. Applicable mandatory consumer, privacy, and procedural rights remain available.
Material changes will be communicated where required and will not retroactively change earned royalties or the price of an already purchased annual term. New commercial terms require notice and any legally required acceptance. Unenforceable provisions are limited or severed without removing non-waivable rights.
