Membership and eligibility

Creator membership costs US$99 for 12 months, with no monthly plan and no automatic renewal under the standard plan. It includes personal viewing access. Registration, verified email, required human checks, account approval, and acceptance of these terms are required before uploads are permitted.

Initial account eligibility should be completed before charging for upload access. Membership pays for creator participation and service access; it is not an investment or a purchase of guaranteed exposure, content acceptance, or royalties. See Memberships & Billing.

Complete content and review

Each submitted series must be complete with a minimum of 15 full episodes. Supply accurate titles, descriptions, genre, credits, episode order, and content advisories. Disclose material AI assistance and content restrictions.

Submissions are reviewed for rights, safety, quality, and catalog suitability. Payment of membership does not bypass review. Limits on files, storage, and submission volume must be disclosed before the relevant purchase or upload; membership is not a promise of unlimited storage.

Your rights and limited evaluation permission

You retain the rights you own. By intentionally submitting material for consideration, you permit CIentheon and necessary service providers to store, process, and privately review it only for evaluation, security, and related communications. This does not authorize public distribution, unrestricted sublicensing, or AI training.

Before distribution, an accepted content license must identify the series, authorized uses, territories, duration, exclusivity if any, credits, withdrawal process, and royalty terms. A separate written agreement takes precedence on specifically negotiated matters, subject to mandatory law.

No upfront purchase; royalties

The standard program pays royalties, not an upfront content fee. Acceptance alone does not create an earnings amount. Eligible licensed content earns under the Creator Royalty Policy, based on qualified viewing funded by paid Viewer memberships.

Likes, raw play counts, creator membership fees, bots, self-viewing, and purchased engagement do not create royalty revenue. No minimum earnings or fixed amount per view is guaranteed. An accepted royalty agreement is required before monetization.

Rights, performers, and synthetic material

You must have authority to supply and license all relevant material, including script, footage, music composition and recording, performances, voices, artwork, translations, and promotion. Disclose existing exclusivity, territorial limits, disputes, and obligations affecting the license.

Obtain required performer and guardian permissions and comply with production rules protecting minors. AI-assisted content must have necessary permissions for voices, likenesses, and inputs. Do not submit stolen, exploitative, deceptively impersonated, or non-consensual material.

Account integrity and reviews

Do not let autonomous agents control the creator identity, bypass human checks, mass-upload spam, or inflate engagement. An authorized human remains accountable for business accounts and permitted production tools. Automated detection alone should not resolve a disputed rights claim.

We may investigate credible abuse, restrict affected uploads, and withhold specifically disputed royalty amounts while reviewing them. Unrelated valid earnings are not automatically forfeited. Contact legal@ozureel.com to appeal; account and royalty restrictions must remain consistent with applicable law and the accepted agreement.

Expiry, withdrawal, and responsibility

Membership expiry stops new uploads and paid creator access. It does not erase earned royalties. Content already licensed can continue earning while the distribution license remains active; withdrawal follows that license rather than silently transferring rights to CIentheon.

Creators are responsible for accurate rights warranties and cooperation with credible complaints. Any indemnity or special allocation of liability must be expressly agreed in the signed content agreement and cannot shift liability for CIentheon’s own unlawful conduct or waive mandatory rights. Contact media@ozureel.com for licensing and creator questions.
