Company and copyright contact

Copyright and rights concerns may be sent to legal@ozureel.com. The operator is CIentheon Inc, doing business as OzuReel Media Interactive, at 3rd St 2nd Floor, San Francisco, CA 94103, United States.

This is the general copyright contact. A registered DMCA designated agent is not represented as appointed by this page. Where a statutory designated-agent channel is required, its matching agent and registration information must be supplied. Publishing an email address alone does not establish a safe harbor.

Rights and permissions

Creators must own or license the rights needed for their submissions, including applicable screenplay, footage, music, performance, privacy, publicity, and likeness permissions. Credit alone is not a license. Buying membership does not purchase anyone else’s copyright.

CIentheon does not acquire ownership merely because work is uploaded. Any distribution rights arise from the accepted content license.

A copyright notice should include

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the rights holder or authorized representative.
  2. Identification of the protected work, or a representative list for multiple works.
  3. The specific material and its exact location, including the episode or timestamp where useful.
  4. Your contact details, including address, telephone number, and email if available.
  5. A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or law.
  6. A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the owner of the relevant exclusive right.

Consider permissions and lawful exceptions, including fair use. Knowingly material false statements can have legal consequences. A statutory notice must be directed to the appropriate designated agent where that procedure applies.

Review, removal, and counter-notices

We may seek missing information, restrict material, notify an affected creator, and act expeditiously where required. Removal is not a judicial determination of ownership. Relevant notice information may be shared with the affected party or advisers, subject to law and safety.

Contact legal@ozureel.com if a removal resulted from mistake or misidentification. Where the statutory counter-notice process applies, the counter-notice requires a signature, identification and former location of the material, the required good-faith statement under penalty of perjury, contact details, consent to the specified federal jurisdiction, and acceptance of service from the claimant or their agent.

A counter-notice is forwarded to the claimant and can have legal consequences. Under the applicable statutory process, restoration generally follows in 10–14 business days absent notice of a qualifying court action. Separate lawful grounds for restriction may still apply.

Repeated infringement and other reports

Repeated or serious infringement may result in upload restrictions, loss of monetization, or termination in appropriate circumstances. Attempts to evade restrictions with another account are prohibited. We respect applicable standard technical measures under the relevant law.

For non-consensual intimate material, child safety, privacy, or other harm, use Reporting & Appeals; copyright ownership is not a prerequisite to raise a safety concern.
