Standard annual plans

No monthly plan. No standard upfront creator payment. Creator membership does not guarantee that a series is accepted, published, or earns revenue. Viewing availability can vary; no unlimited storage or fixed catalog size is promised.
Payment, term, and renewal
Each plan is paid upfront for a 12-month service term. The standard plan does not renew automatically; renewal requires a new annual purchase. The start/end dates, tax, currency, total, included access, and any material limits must be shown before payment and in the purchase confirmation.
Prices above are the standard USD membership fees. Applicable taxes and localized store prices must be clearly disclosed. A later price change does not increase the price of an already paid term. Creator membership includes viewing, so do not purchase a second Viewer membership for the same account.
Where enrollment takes place
OzuReel is available for iOS and Android. Contact wecare@ozureel.com for the official download route, or media@ozureel.com for creator enrollment assistance. This informational website does not collect card details, take payment, or activate membership.
Use only the authorized checkout presented for your account. Apple or Google purchases follow the relevant store’s billing and account-management process. Regional store rules and required payment methods apply.
Verification and refunds
Complete initial creator eligibility checks before purchasing upload access. If we collect a creator membership fee but cannot activate the promised access because eligibility verification fails, request a refund of that fee. Do not charge a person merely to submit a copyright complaint or privacy request.
For an accidental duplicate charge, non-delivery, or material service failure, contact wecare@ozureel.com with the transaction reference. Refunds and mandatory cooling-off or digital-content remedies are handled according to applicable law and the purchase channel. This policy does not impose an “all sales final” rule or remove store or statutory refund rights.
If you simply choose not to use activated access, a prorated refund is not automatically promised beyond your applicable rights. Where a lawful withdrawal-right acknowledgment is required for immediate digital access, it must be obtained separately and clearly before supply.
Expiry, closure, and royalties
After expiry, viewing entitlements and new-upload access end unless renewed. Closing an account does not itself reverse a completed store purchase; use the appropriate billing route and contact support for help. If the paid service is discontinued, applicable refund or other remedies remain available.
Earned creator royalties are separate from membership fees and remain subject to the Creator Royalty Policy. Membership expiry alone does not forfeit a legitimate earned balance. Contact legal@ozureel.com for a disputed royalty statement.
