Where to send a report
Support, safety, and community reports: wecare@ozureel.com. Legal, privacy, copyright, non-consensual intimate-image reports, and appeals: legal@ozureel.com. For an appeal, include “Appeal” and any decision reference in the subject.

Information to include
Identify the content or account, exact location, episode and timestamp where relevant, the concern, and a way to contact you. If acting for another person, explain your authority. Include a signature and any legally required good-faith statement when the particular process calls for them.
Do not attach unnecessary identity documents, harmful intimate material, or suspected child sexual abuse material. Copyright complaints have separate notice requirements.
Intimate-image removal requests
A depicted person or authorized representative may request removal of non-consensual intimate imagery, including qualifying digital forgeries, at legal@ozureel.com. Include identification and location of the material, your signature and contact information, and a good-faith statement that it was published without consent. Copyright ownership is not required to raise this concern.
Where the U.S. TAKE IT DOWN Act applies, qualifying material must be removed as soon as possible and no later than 48 hours after a valid request, with reasonable efforts to identify and remove known identical copies. These statutory duties are not replaced or extended by this policy.
Handling and appeals
Reports are assessed for context, available evidence, rights, and urgency. Necessary actions can include restrictions, preservation, notification, or legally required referral. Report information may need to be shared to investigate or provide procedural fairness; absolute anonymity or confidentiality is not guaranteed.
To challenge a decision, identify it, explain the alleged mistake, and provide relevant new information. A human review may be requested for disputed account, fraud, or moderation decisions. Do not retaliate against reporters or misuse complaints to suppress lawful content.
Applicable rights
Where applicable, EU Digital Services Act notice, reason-giving, internal complaint, and external-redress rights remain available. This policy does not shorten statutory deadlines or restrict court or regulator access. Required regional contact or representative information must be provided for the service’s applicable activities.
