Scope

This notice supplements the Privacy Policy for California residents. The responsible company is CIentheon Inc, doing business as OzuReel Media Interactive. CCPA/CPRA rights apply when their statutory conditions are met; this notice does not assert that every processing activity or business is covered.

Information and purposes

The website and correspondence may involve identifiers such as contact details and connection information; internet activity in hosting records; and messages or attachments you choose to send. Purposes are website delivery, support, rights handling, security, relevant business inquiries, and legal obligations. Hosting and communications providers may handle information for those purposes.

Membership features can also involve transaction records, creator rights and tax details, verification results, and playback records as explained in the Privacy Policy and the notice presented with the feature. A current notice at collection must state the actual categories, purposes, retention periods or criteria, and any sale or sharing. This page does not represent planned app data as a completed 12-month history.

Your rights

Where applicable, you can request knowledge/access, correction, deletion, and portability; opt out of sale or sharing; limit qualifying sensitive-information uses; and use an authorized agent. Exercising a statutory right will not result in unlawful discrimination. Exceptions and proportionate verification may apply.

Know, delete, and correct requests generally require a response within 45 calendar days, with a permitted additional 45 days after notice. Covered sale/sharing opt-outs must be processed as soon as feasible and no later than 15 business days. An opt-out does not require an account or unnecessary verification.

Sale, sharing, and Global Privacy Control

This website has no advertising or analytics integration and does not sell or share information for cross-context advertising through its page code. Its privacy controls recognize Global Privacy Control and keep optional tracking off. A saved local choice does not send an account-wide request or control a separate native app.

Any covered sale or sharing in another service must offer an appropriate opt-out and honor recognized signals where required. We do not use this website’s local setting to imply that another system has received a request.

Send a California request to legal@ozureel.com, or use the company address on Company & Contact. An authorized agent should identify their authority. Do not send passwords or unnecessary identity documents. Required additional request methods must be made available for the applicable service; contact support if you cannot use the listed method.

You may complain to the California Privacy Protection Agency or California Attorney General. Retention criteria and sharing limits are set out in the Privacy Policy.
