Website and promotional material
This website displays information and local image assets. It does not receive film uploads, process payments, train an AI model, or send your inputs to an AI service. Promotional cinema and lifestyle images are AI-generated; the mobile screens and sample stories are illustrative concepts, not a representation that those specific titles are licensed or playable.
Human accountability
A real, accountable person must control each creator account and have authority over the submitted work. Autonomous bot registration, mass automated uploads, impersonation, and synthetic identity abuse are prohibited. Paying for membership does not establish that the account holder is human.
Human verification is about the uploader. A responsibly made AI-assisted film is not automatically prohibited: it must meet the same rights, disclosure, quality, and safety standards as any other submission. AI assistance must not hide stolen work, deceptive impersonation, or non-consensual likeness use.
Content rights and AI training
Submission gives only the evaluation permission described in the Creator Content Terms. Distribution requires an accepted content license. Neither membership nor uploading grants unrestricted ownership, resale, or AI-training rights.
Training or fine-tuning on creator material requires a separate, explicit agreement identifying the material, scope, and permitted use, together with any necessary permissions. Creators must secure rights for synthetic voices, recognizable likenesses, music, and generated elements.
Playback and royalty data
Royalty administration uses only the playback and payment information needed to calculate qualified viewing, prevent fraud, provide statements, and resolve disputes. Public likes are not a payment metric. Do not disclose identifiable viewing activity for unrelated advertising or other new purposes without the required basis, notice, and permissions.
Fraud allegations must be assessed proportionately; a creator may challenge exclusions through the royalty dispute process. Avoid unnecessary identity-document collection and do not use a generic membership checkbox as blanket consent to new data uses.
