Who is responsible and what this notice covers

This notice describes the informational website and direct correspondence, and sets the data-use rules for the membership program. Native-app collection, verification providers, payment providers, device permissions, and any additional purposes must be explained in the notice presented with the relevant feature before collection. This website is not an exhaustive inventory of an independently operated app or third-party service.

This website and your choices

These pages have no account-registration, upload, payment, or report-submission form, and no advertising pixels, analytics SDKs, embedded video players, remote fonts, or AI-service integration. Images are served with the website. Email links open your own email application; clicking a link alone does not send a message.

Hosting and access-control providers may process IP addresses, request records, device information, and sign-in information needed to deliver and protect the site, under their applicable notices. An optional browser preference stores an opt-out locally for up to 180 days. It is not sent to an OzuReel account database. See Cookies & Local Storage.

Information you send us

If you email us, we receive the contact details, message, and attachments you choose to provide. We use correspondence to respond, handle support and rights requests, assess relevant business inquiries, prevent misuse, and meet applicable recordkeeping or legal obligations. Contacting us does not subscribe you to marketing.

Send only relevant information. Do not email passwords, full card details, unnecessary identity documents, or harmful intimate material. Ask for an appropriate secure channel if sensitive evidence is needed.

Membership and verification data

This table does not authorize undisclosed collection. A feature’s actual fields, providers, retention, and permissions must be specified when it is offered. Membership payment is not proof of identity. Identity-document or biometric checks require a separate, proportionate process and notice; none is performed by this website.

Legal bases and limits

Where GDPR applies, we rely on the basis appropriate to the activity: steps you request before a contract or performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, or proportionate legitimate interests such as responding to correspondence and preventing abuse, balanced against your rights. We seek consent where required for optional processing.

You can withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Accepting membership terms is not consent to unrelated marketing, AI training, sensitive-data collection, or tracking. A privacy request is not conditional on paid membership.

Sharing and international transfers

Information needed to operate a requested service may be handled by hosting, communications, payment, verification, or other relevant providers under appropriate terms. We may disclose relevant information to advisers, authorities, or affected parties when necessary and lawful to address a claim, safety concern, obligation, or business transfer. Copyright case information may be shared with the claimant or responding creator as the process requires.

These pages do not run a sale or cross-context advertising-sharing integration. Do not infer an app-wide advertising practice from these website controls. Where a restricted international transfer occurs, an applicable legal mechanism and safeguards are required. No Data Privacy Framework certification is claimed.

Retention

The optional website preference expires after 180 days and is removed when the page next checks it or when you clear it. Correspondence and relevant supporting records are kept only as long as needed to resolve the matter, administer rights, meet legal requirements, or address proportionate legal claims.

Retention depends on purpose, contract duration, statutory accounting duties, open disputes, and lawful preservation requirements. Verification evidence must not be retained merely because it might be useful. Feature-specific notices should state applicable periods or criteria; you can request information about records relating to you.

Rights and requests

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, consent withdrawal, or review of qualifying automated decisions. Email legal@ozureel.com. Explain the request and enough context to locate the relevant records; identity checks will be proportionate.

Where GDPR applies, the usual response period is one month. A permitted extension of up to two additional months requires notice and reasons within the first month. You may complain to the relevant supervisory authority or seek judicial remedies. California rights and request timing are explained in the California Privacy Notice.

Children, automated decisions, and updates

OzuReel membership is for adults aged 18 or older. If you believe a child’s information was submitted, contact legal@ozureel.com. We address applicable child-privacy duties, including deletion or lawful preservation, as required.

This informational website does not make automated eligibility or royalty decisions. Where a service uses fraud scoring or human verification, affected users can request review through the published contacts. Material privacy changes require an updated notice and any further permission the law requires.
